STEP 1: Check out the club page. It has contact information of our general leaders, along with meeting times and locations. You can also take a look at the county map for a better visual!
STEP 2: Take a look at the Wisconsin Projects webpage for information about general projects and then take a look at the 2022-23 Project Guide. Is there anything that sparks your interest?
STEP 3: Now that you know where you want to go and what you want to do, go ahead and contact the clubs that appeal to you and use these questions to find out if this is a club that will meet your needs OR if this is a club that you can help meet needs!
What are your requirements for enrollment?
Do I need to commit to fundraising, attending a certain number of meetings, etc?
What projects do you offer?
Where do you need volunteers?
STEP 4: Now that you are confident you have found a place in 4-H, It’s time to start the ENROLLMENT process!
STEP 5: Attend your first meeting. Once you have enrolled, you will need to be approved. The quickest way to get this done is to attend a meeting and introduce yourself to the leaders checking in members. They will collect your dues and notify the 4-H Educator that you are ready for approval.
STEP 6: If you have any more questions, PLEASE reach out to the Racine County Educator!
