Between 2006 and 2009, UW-Extension assisted with Racine County’s multi-jurisdictional comprehensive planning process. All 17 local communities* worked with Racine County Planning & Development, the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SEWRPC), and UW-Extension to prepare a plan that will guide the County towards a vibrant, healthy, economically and environmentally sustainable future.
