FoodWIse employs a combination of evidence-based strategies designed to promote changes for individuals, communities and environments to help make the healthy choice the easy choice. Nutrition educators live in the community and understand the needs of families. We work with schools and community partners throughout Racine and Kenosha counties.
FoodWIse teaches people ways to:
- Purchase and prepare healthy, affordable meals and snacks
- Balance food intake and physical activity
- Keep food safe to eat
- Develop a spending and savings plan to become more food secure

Expose people to new and healthy recipes for both individuals and families.
