2023 Theme: THE FUTURE LOOKS BRIGHT! Every year entrants at the Racine County 4-H Communication & Performing Arts Festival demonstrate the “4-H FORECAST: THE FUTURE LOOKS BRIGHT!” The 2023 planning committee invites you to illustrate the bright future for 4-H and beyond. Each class features an entry related to this theme. You can perform, speak, write, draw, create, or enter photographs based on your interpretation of what this theme means to you.
