Join Extension for Rent Smart. This 2-hour workshop will offer tips for renters to have a successful rental experience. Learn how landlords screen tenants, the application process, what to do when repairs are needed, and how to avoid eviction.
Workshops are FREE! All are welcome to attend. Note: You only need to register for one class.
