Planning AHEAD Spring Workshop Locations – Racine, Union Grove, and Virtual

Planning AHEAD

Planning AHEAD is an end-of-life planning curriculum for all ages developed by UW–Madison Division of Extension. This 7-session research-based program will help participants understand how to prepare for the end of life for themselves or a loved one, and why it’s important to have a plan in place. Topics include: handling financial changes, advance medical and legal directives, estate planning, end-of-life care, and more.

The Planning AHEAD program will take place at the following locations.

Aurora Health Center (8400 Washington Ave, Racine) – Tuesdays, April 14 to May 26 from 10:00-11:00 AM at the Aurora Health Center (8400 Washington Avenue, Racine). You will enter through the rear of the building using the North Entrance. The cost is $15 for a Planning AHEAD Workbook. The cost is free if you would like to print out your own Planning AHEAD Workbook or not use one. Union Grove – Tuesdays, April 14 to May 26 from 1:00-2:00 PM at the Graham Public Library (1215 Main St, Union Grove).  The cost is free. Registration is required by calling Sarah Hawks at 262-767-2916, emailing sarah.hawks@wisc.edu, or call the library directly at 262-878-2910

Online Virtual Workshops – This workshop series will be held on Thursdays, April 2 to May 14 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. This is an online workshop series using Zoom. Registration is required and the cost is $30. Register at https://go.wisc.edu/072hpy
