WeCOPE Workshops – Learn skills to boost your mood and cope with stress

Join Extension for a WeCOPE workshop series in January 2026. We know that stress is a part of life. However, we can choose how to respond to stress. In WeCOPE, we learn 11 different skills that you can use in your daily life to deal with life’s stressors.

All are welcome to attend!

  • Thursdays, January 8 to February 19, 2026
  • 12:00 to 1:00 PM
  • 7-week program – each week you will learn a new skill that you can use in your daily life
