“If You Don’t Feed the Directors, They will Eat the Staff” – Meeting Everyone Else’s Needs without Sacrificing Your Own!

Join Extension for this engaging workshop that is based on the book, If You Don’t Feed the Teachers, They Eat the Students! Guide to Success for Administrators and Teachers. This workshop is for child care directors and child care teachers. We will reflect on what it takes to take care of yourself, support your staff and each other, and be the best that you can be! A one-hour follow up session will help participants to implement and connect the strategies learned in the workshop to their every day lives.

Extension Racine County is hosting this workshop as a part of its Early Learning Series for early care and education providers.

• The workshop will be held on Tuesday, January 26 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM on Zoom.
• The workshop will be facilitated by Delechia Johnson of J3 Solutions.
• IMPORTANT! A follow-up 1-hour workshop will be held with the trainers to help participants connect the knowledge learned in the workshop apply to every day life and the classroom.
• The cost of the workshop is $20 for 3 Registry credits or for anyone needing a certificate of attendance.
